Our Shipping Guarantee:

• Next-Day Dispatch: Fast turnaround times to keep your projects on schedule.

• Premium Tracking: Fully tracked worldwide delivery using DPD and UPS.

• Local Pickup: Free collection from our Stoke-on-Trent showroom by appointment.

1. Change of Mind (Cancellations)

​

Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason.

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us via email sales@funky-frames.co.uk  that you wish to return it.

• The Return: Once you’ve notified us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in "as new" condition.

• Exclusions: Please note that Custom-Made or Bespoke Frames (items made to your specific dimensions or personalised specifications) are exempt from the right to cancel unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

​

We take great care in packaging our frames, but if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

• Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

• Reporting Damage: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the frame is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damage to speed up your claim.

3. Return Shipping Costs

​

• Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

• Faulty/Wrong Item: If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will provide a pre-paid return label or refund your postage costs.

4. How to Process a Return

​

1. Email us: Contact sales@funky-frames.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack it up: Secure the item in its original box. Frames are fragile—please ensure they are well-protected!

3. Ship it: Send the package to:

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The money will be returned to your original payment method.
