Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my frame?

Standard orders are processed the same day or the next. Once shipped, we use DPD and UPS for next-day delivery. If you’ve ordered a custom or bespoke piece, please allow up to 8  weeks for our team to craft it.

How do you ensure the frames don't break in the mail?

We are experts in "bomb-proof" packaging! We use high-grade corner protectors, heavy-duty bubble wrap, and double-walled cardboard boxes to ensure your picture frame arrives in gallery condition.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes, we have a global shipping service. The delivery costs are calculated in the checkout.

 

Returns & Damaged Goods

My frame arrived damaged. What do I do?

Don't panic! While we pack things securely, accidents happen in transit. Please take a photo of the damage and the packaging and email it to sales@shop4rugs.co.uk within 48 hours. We will send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Can I return a custom-sized frame?

Because bespoke frames are made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns for them unless they are faulty. For standard-sized frames, you have 14 days to change your mind!

Yes! We pride ourselves on quality. Our frames are made from sustainably sourced timber 

Does my frame come with hanging hardware? 

With so many options, we leave this to you. We supply a high-end quality picture frame suitable for most hanging hardware options. 

 

Orders & Customisation

Can I request a colour that isn't on the website?

We love a challenge! If you have a specific "funky" colour in mind (like a neon pink or deep emerald), get in touch via our Contact Page, and we’ll see if we can source it for you.

I made a mistake on my order! Can I change it?

If you catch us quickly (usually within 2 hours of ordering), we can usually update your details. Send an email with the subject "URGENT ORDER CHANGE" to help us spot it, or drop us a message on WhatsApp 07913821553
