Delivery Information

Funky Frames is committed to premium, tracked delivery to ensure your handcrafted frames arrive safely.

Processing Time: 

We aim to dispatch stock items the same day if ordered before 12 midday

Bespoke or made-to-order items will have a specified lead time, confirmed at the point of order.

UK Shipping: 

All UK orders are shipped with tracked delivery.

Delivery Time: 

Your items should generally arrive within1 - 3 days of dispatch.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery, usually between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed. Saturday and Sunday delivery options.


International Shipping: 

We offer affordable global shipping options. Costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Receiving Your Order: Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 working days.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If not, our policy gives you 30 days from the day you receive your goods to return them for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

Items must be in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items:

Bespoke or made-to-order frames, unless damaged in transit or due to a manufacturing fault.

Items that have been altered or used.


Return Process:

Contact our customer services team to obtain a Returns Reference Number and returns label before sending any items back. We offer a free returns service fro UK customers


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days of the goods arriving back at our warehouse and issued to your original payment method.

If the product is not in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee.
